To postpone disconnect date

I had asked to disconnect home nbn service on 03.Dec.2018.

Unfortunately my new house is not finished in this I am asking to postpone for 1 week to 10.Dec.2018.

Please confirm by return.

This site is were customers help other customers and is not monitored by Telstra sales/billing staff. You should wring Telstra on 132200.
