Unfair


TELSTRA WARNING!!! IF YOUR WITH TELSTRA ,YOUR E-mails ARE NOT SAFE OR SECURE.
I'd like to stress out that this is my Telstra experience the last 2 week and still going on.
This is to all Telstra users, You all think that your emails are safe, WELL think again, they have a policy of E-mails after 128 days old they delete them selves, well that's a total lie I can even prove it they deleted mine less than 90 days and some less.

THIS IS WHAT THEY DID.
They deleted my all of my E-mails, memorabilia, pay slips, medical records, pins & codes, bookings, food allergy records, etc, Which I don't currently have anymore. I had E-mails from 2011 and it took Telstra team to realise after 4 years to delete my E-mails.
Well they deleted my E-mails up to the last 2 months.
They did not inform me in any sort of manner that Telstra had changed the policy to 128 day self delete.
They said we can't retrieve them, unless your running a business.



Now I'm with someone else and no longer customer of Telstra for the last 4 months and they still sending me bills of $647 Telstra doesn't understand the terms of quit.
DO I NEED TO GET A DEATH CERTIFICATE TO GET THEM TO STOP SENDING BILLS.
27/01/2016 I spoke to 2 people one hung up on me I did not abuse her she just didn't like the terms of death certificate. And the other guy was full of it.
They don't give a damned about you







I have just spoken to a guy by the name of Christopher at 5:15 pm Tuesday 31st may 2016 Christopher's work employ no is, 100209 
In Manila.
I rang up to negotiate of payments but he did not cooperate with me.
I will publish this on FACE BOOK if I have to, or by no choice.
What I said explained to him that he will be countable of my actions of doing as well as Telstra's,

My actions will be by lying in a coffin outside a busy TELSTRA OUTLET to protest of what has been happening since last SEPTEMBER, I said to Christopher think of the publicity and media that will invite.
He did not seem to give a damn about TELSTA.
He asked me for identification as date of birth which I refused for a reasons.I n the past as I had my ID THEFT STOLEN.
I believe what I gave was enough he did not want to proceed any further.
I will give you 5 working days and then ill start proceed with my actions to (protest).

All of these has caused me anxiety and depression.
This has to come to an end.

And this is the wages while the average TELSTA employee in Australian gets over $130.000 and these pore people get just bread and butter TELSTRA should be ashamed for hunting people like that. And not only but taking our jobs away.
TELSTRA has just stepped in to the future in the 18th century not 21st century.
Mr CEO you should be ashamed.
These people deserve more.

You have addressed some serious concerns in this post, I am certainly sorry that you have lost important emails & have had multiple billing issues, this doesn't sound pleasant at all & I can see how it would be upsetting for you. 

I suspect that your case would be already escalated internally & that we would have someone looking after you case, if we don't that's certainly something we can do. Can you tell me your SR case number/s please & I'll see what more I can find out.
