Unlimited Broadband - data Usage

Does anyone know how to find the actual usage on an unlimited plan? The bill and online 'usage' shows zero.

I want to know in case I could save money by moving to a limited plan.

I have had the information ONCE before given verbally so I don't know how he found it. He sounded like he really didn't want to let me know because it wasn't that much.

I'm on a chat to someone now and it's been going around in circles for hours saying I don't have to worry because I'm on unlimited etc,

 

Any help would be much appreciated
