Unplanned Outages Broadband Cable - Surry Hills 2010

Service Status page has been reporting an unplanned outage since 18 April with no predicted end date. My cable internet service has been unavailable for all of this time. When will this service be restored?

Just as a follow up - I had been to that 'Email Us' page before but considered it had more to do with mobile phones than internet, based on the drop-down selections. As it is my email confirmation header has the heading 'Contact Us - Mobile Phones - Other' - I chose 'Other' as the only applicable category! Hopefully they won't give me the runaround...

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
