Upgrade from broadband to NBN

We have upgraded online from Broadband to NBN.  Our order number is NA52089279 and we have not heard anything.

How long does it take to migrate from broadband to NBN?

A few weeks. You should receive a message letting you know when the migration is due to occur and when an NBN technician will be coming to do it (if required).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
