Usage Meter

I have ben connected to the NBN since March 2020 and sue my computer all day and have been streaming 2-3 hours of movies per night but my usage meter (daily or monthly) always reads 0. I have a core internet connection with a cap of 500 GB per month, I have not been told by Telstra that they have moved me to an unlimited connection..........any thoughts?

As part of Telstra response to Covid-19 Telstra stopped metering data usage on fixed line services and turned the meters off in march. They have not been turned back on yet.

Hi Supreme being, thanks for responding to my question and good to know what is going on with my usage meter. You should get a job with Telstra because nobody in my local Telstra office knows anything about this?
