Very poor internet

Been having poor internet for 3 months now. Customer care calls go to sms option. 
Sick and tired of turning off and re start modem, pull out phone cable, wait a minute and all this nonsense.

can someone help, like really fix this issue.

Callbacks can't be arranged through Crowdsupport, plus the number you posted is short a couple of digits (you shouldn't post your number here anyway, it's a public forum).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Been having same problem and dealings with telstra for 12 months. 

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
