Contacted Telstra and got the issue fixed FOR ONE HOUR

PROMISED THAT SAME ISSUE WONT HAPPEN AGAIN AND AFTER ONE HOUR THE SAME ISSUE HAPPENS

 

Tried to contact Telstra again and they just pretended to be dead!

Tried to contact Teltra -> Won't repond me in 20 minutes -> automatically logs me out because 'I've been inactive for 20 mins'

 

Telstra has been so efficient!
