Want to add "International Ultimate" on my bundle

I used Telstra messaging service yesterday (18/01/2021) to add "International Ultimate" on my bundle. I started the chat 9.30AM and chat ended 6.15PM. But so far I am not able to find out if my request has been actioned or not. To be honest, it is a very simple request and so far it is not fixed. It is very disappointing. Can anyone help, as I lost my hope with Telstra Messaging service. Thanks

Finally I did managed to contact Telstra and now got the "International Ultimate" on my bundle.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
