yes we have been given a Case # but because they (Telstra) can't find our address ! they won't connect us ! they use Goggle Earth to locate houses before they will come out and connect ? i told them that our unit was built 18months ago but they said it a vacant lot and hung up ! i have been trying since the 1st of september and even been in store , their computer's won't accept the new address and they can't change it or update it ???

Gotcha, that happens a fair bit with newer properties but it's an easy enough fix.
