WE had a phone call saying we have to connect to nbn immediately.

We haven't received prior notification although l see nbn is available from the rollout map. How long do we have toconnect

You have 18 months to connect to NBN from the time NBN first became available in your area. If you enter your address at this site you should be able to find the cut off date for your premises.

Common scam. As @cf4 mentioned, you have 18 months from when nbn becomes available, furthermore nbn nor Telstra will ever call you and tell you that you have to connect immediately.
