We were connected to NBN today but have no internet now?

Connection appt was today between 7am-2pm but now at 7pm we have no internet at all. Recognises the network (ie WiFi /Network name) but no internet. What should / can I do?

You'll need to call 1800 834 273 to confirm that its been completed on NBN's side
