What happened to telstra? Can’t get in touch to any human

I need to set up my account, it marked as completed but not showing up in my billing information or even in my account setting. Trying to get some one to have a look since it is not a common issue, but every phone call, even 24x7 trying to send me to my tesltra and use the blue bubble.

but it doesn’t work at all, firstly some auto replay ,no answers at all,  after few day when I trying to ask again, my replay just go with a exclamation point, says failed to send message, feels like you get blocked by your girlfriend. 
what the hell happened here? Where can I get some one to talk to fix my account issue? I am so exhausted on this one
