What's happening to MyEmail?
Since joining NBN through Telstra home, my internet usage is huge. I am on a 200GB plan per month, and use it all. This should not be happening as nothing has changed from my previous usage pattern. Can someone explain what is causing the high usage.

Re: What's happening to MyEmail?
Hi Silverado25,
Welcome to CrowdSupport
Just to clarify, it is a usage issue not an email issue?
NBN is certainly much faster than ADSL if that has been the change you have made, specially if you have the speed boost, so you might expect a little more usage than normal, as things will load much faster, and it is much easier to use more.
However have you noticed if there are certain days where there is a huge amount of usage when you feel that no one has been using much at all?
Tech support would be the best team to help look into any concerns, and can be contacted 24/7 on 133933 or live chat here: http://tel.st/gq6m
