Who can I speak to re ordering NBN

I rang Telstra on 20/4/20 and spoke to someone overseas about one of my rentals needs to be updated to NBN by June.

It sounded like she was placing the order. She said the modem would be delivered to me and someone from NBN would call to install it.

I have only received a critical information summary by email.

It is now nearly the end of May and I haven't heard a thing. I have tried ringing Telstra and the virtual personal will not transfer me to anyone. I can't give a virtual a tracking order if I don't have one. I have been with Telstra for a long time but this is pushing the boundaries if I cant talk to someone to see if my order was placed or not. Any ideas on who to ring?
