Who do I contact regarding phone light not working on smart modem
My dect phone won't connect with Telstra BBand smart modem as the phone light is not illuminated. Who can I contact to find what to do?

The phone light will only be green on a NBN service and also front light on modem should be green. To get the problem fixed contact Telstra support by either ringing 132200 or using the messaging function in the Get Help tab of the My Telstra app.
