True, but still wouldnt there still be a post? as of yet couple hours in on outage no post ....

Ok so ive changed my router DNS to below for fix
Primary-1.1.1.1
Secondary-1.0.0.1

The obvious reason would be that the DNS failure means the people affected can't access crowdsupport on anything but mobile devices, people with mobile devices usually have twitter accounts.

I received an SMS on Wednesday to say my internet was now using mobile but I didn't take any notice. Now I realise that only my laptop works online nothing else. I have tried to call Telstra but have been placed on hold for over 1hr, Idon't think they are going to answer
