Why do they call it Telstra Service?

Why do they call it “Telstra Service” when they provide nothing of the kind? We have been LIED TO repeatedly during  both phone calls and so-called “Chats”, today. This is a disgusting ploy for ANY company to use to fob you off, let alone a company as big as Telstra. My father worked for these guys when they were the PMG, then Telecom Australia and finally Telstra. He’d be embarrassed by how they have plumbed new depths in poor service. 39 years with this mob and it’s about to end.
