Why do we have to sort out our own problems ? WTF Telstra ? How do I complain to you ?

I pressed the complaints button and I get to talk to you guys ?

Not happy Jan...

This is not who I want to fix my issues ...

How about Telstra take some responsibility here ?

Otherwise, they can also be contacted directly on 132 200 and say complaints.
