Why does it take so long to get connected

I have been waiting for my NBN connection since July 2014. The NBN technicians come and finally connected and activated the NBN to our house on 28 January, Telstra NBN was supposed to switch on our broadband and phone connection two days later.

A week and a half later we are still waiting for connection and keep being told it will take another 24-48 hrs.

What is the problem Telstra??? no one can give us a straight answer.

It's really disappointing to hear that your NBN services have taken so long to have activated.

 

Unfortunately the only contact number we have for the NBN team is 1800226807 and they are available 24 x 7
