WiFi & IP

Have had issues with WiFi, asking to restore IP address on all our devices (PC, mobile, iPad/tablet). Is there a known issue? Please help.

Could you post a screen shot of the message you see.

 

This is not a known issue and is probably due to a fault on your internet connection.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
