Wifi error

Hi, last night our wifi stopped working on our mobile phones & computer. The devices recognise the wifi and ask for a password, but say that the password is invalid. The password we are entering is definitely correct - we've had to use it many times. I called Telstra this morning and they eventually said that there were service problems in our area and to keeping to log on. I've looked on Telstra's website though and there does not appear to be any service problems in the area. I've tried resetting the modem & switching it on/off. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you.

Re: Wifi error

Hi Billie-Lee,

If you plug the computer into the modem via Ethernet cable, does all seem to work that way?

Can reset the WiFi password if needed, what type of modem do you have?
