Yellow internet light
Hi, I’ve just switched modems over to the 2 Gen and now I have no internet connection. The Internet light on the back is yellow, all others are green.
I’ve troubleshooted and tried calling but cannot get through.
I work from home and don’t know how to get this fixed

Re: Yellow internet light
If you mean that the Online light is yellow, then that means that you need to log in to your modem and change the username from newdsluser@bigpond.com to your username and password.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
