Authority on my account

Hii 

Wondering why Telstra has sent me an email to confirm that I am the full authority on my Telstra account and that it needs to be changed annually. Haven't received this before and not sure why I have to confirm myself for my account. Is this weird or just Telstra? This is the first time I have used crown support so not sure where by question fits on the board.

It sounds like a scam. Do not click on any links that are within the email.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
