Call forwarding on nbn landline
I got nbn home phone,I set call forward-always.and no any sound of my phone.so I can not use my home to call out.so I want to reset,I try *21*,but it is failed.how to reset it?

Thanks for reaching out, if *21* didn't work, I suggest running the Home Phone troubleshooter available under the Home Phone Tab, here: http://tel.st/unap, by clicking on "Technical Support".
