Telstra Crowd Support is not Telstra customer service.
Other customers try to assist fellow customers.
As this is a public website, please remove your phone number for your own privacy.

This is a common fault and can only be fixed by contacting Telstra support either using the messaging function in the get help section of the My Telstra app, using Telstra smart trouble shooter (Smart Troubleshooting – Fix service issues online | Telstra) or calling 132200.
I will ask a moderator to remove phone number as this is a public forum.
