Cancel call forwarding

I have telstra mobile and Home internet phones.

I have tried #21# to cancel call forwarding from the home phone to the mobile. However this doesn't work. Any suggestions please?

Was the call forwarding originally put in place by residential faults or NBN assurance?

 

If it was you may need to contact them to remove it

Unfortunately yes. Could it be the phone or possible NBN

Yes, Is it possible that it is an NBN problem? I have never used the Call Forward option. No point in buying a new phone if the problem is with nun. The #21# to cancel does not work.
