cannot receive calls from Optus

Ever since we ported our land line from Optus over to Telstra NBN we cannot receive incoming calls from Optus carriers, however we can make outgoing calls to Optus.

Telstra, Vodafone ever Skype calls get through just Optus calls dont, callers get message " this number you have called is not available from this service. We have spent over 12 hours with Telstra and with nearly every department and still no solution, please someone help.

I believe this issue was raised a number of times on other forums but the outcome and solution was never posted, please don't tell me to send private message l need the answer.

Your answer is :  Optus has omitted to do one of the porting procedures.  You ring Optus. Thank you
