Cant login to My Telstra 24/7 app

The app wont let me login, keeps telling me it needs to verify my details!!! This has been going on for 2 weeks with hours and hours (6 hours today alone) on the support chat and phone and all they can offer is all the basic suggestions, reinstall the app, reset password blah blah blah. I can login to my account with different browsers but not the app, then they say use the messaging in the app to fix the problem.

Now I cant even login to my account on the web. It is just ridiculous.

The login details are the same as what you use to log in here.

 

What is the error message that you are getting?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Keeps asking to verify my details. The login details  are the same.
