Changes to landline home phone package

Hi there

 

With COVID i recently updated my  phone package to include international dialling.  I received an order number from Telstra when i ordered. I've looked on my account and it hasn't updated a month after doing this upgrade.

 

it is now impossible to talk to anybody and my order number starts with a HP a reference which is unrecognisable by the online Apps services.

 

Can anyone assist with how I get this already upgraded service onto my account.
