cordless phone no longer works
My cordless landline phones, Telstra Long Range 12750 Dect360, have stopped receiving calls. When someone rings me there is one ring then they hear a ringing sound as if it is trying to ring another number. There is no Call Fowarding on the phone. I can call out.
I have done the full elimination test by unplugging every device - phones, fax - and then testing with one non cordless handset which works. So the line is ok. Telstra's suggestion is the it is the base and I need to buy a new cordless phone.
My question is would we have been changed over to NBN for the landline without our knowledge? and how would that affect the inbcoming calls?

Re: cordless phone no longer works
Hi Heleneh,
If you have an alternate service I recommend giving us a call on 132203 so we can investigate this for you. Alternatively you can lodge a fixed line fault online.
Let me know how you go.
