I have moved on from you, telstra, but I keep getting a bill sent telling me that I have $33.13 credit. I have contacted you and was told that it would be refunded but a month later I get a new bil with the same credit on it. Tony

As we are customers like you, no one here has account access as this is a public website and not customer service.

You can contact customer service again, and if that fails you have the choice to lodge a complaint.

It should have only taken them 10 business days to provide the refund of credit.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
