Deleting an old phone number
My old landline is still recorded in the White Pages - see reference below. Can you please arrange for White Pages to delete it (they need your authorisation) because:
1. I haven't used it for 4+ years
2. It became defunct when I changed from Broadband to NBN (at least 3 years ago)
3. I'm no longer at the address listed.

- Yes it was, thank you
- No, I still need help
Re: Deleting an old phone number
Crowd Support is not Telstra customer service, and no one here has account access, as we are mainly customers like you. You'll need to try to ring 132200 or use the My Telstra app,
Please can you delete your personal details as this is a public forum.
If I have helped you, a "Like" would be appreciated.
If my advice is a solution, please acknowledge it.
