iPat91 has given the wrong answer again, I have been trying to TALK to a human in Telstra to disconnect but they want to use a app, guess what the app only works on Telstra mobile accounts and not a home phone like you want me to use. 
Again another fail by Telstra support.

I'm now talking direct to the TIO to find a phone number to talk to a HUMAN!!! only way to actually talk to a human in Telstra.
