Re: Discontue land line
If your home phone is part of a broadband bundle then it can't be disconnected. A simple solution then is not to plug in a phone (You don't get a price reduction for not using it).
If you just have the home phone and what to disconnect that then contact Telstra either via 13 22 00 (Say disconnection to the bot lady), or via the My Telstra App, or via online 24/7 chat https://tel.st/t65yg
