Diverting to Messagebank of only my number
When I dial my mother's home phone from my home phone, I get immediately diverted to Messagebank. She has checked and Telstra has advised that Messagebank is not activated. I can call any other number in Australia without a problem and she can receive calls from any other number including my mobile. It has only happened since my phone was connected to the NBN.

I would recommend your mother give our faults team a call on 132203 about this to work out what is going on here.
