I complained to you last night when our landline was not working as required.
Do you send out a completion notice to the customer when you have worked on and fixed the problem of which they have complained?
I'm interested to know if our problem has been fixed and not?

My big problem with this service is that there doesn't seem to be any feedback loop for when a problem that has been logged has been fixed. Can someone please advisory if such a loop does exist and whether or not the recent problem I reported has now been fixed?
