Emergency Priority Assist customer needs to swap phone
Hello, I can't seem to find a way to email anyone so I hope you can help.
My mother is an emergency priority assist customer with Telstra. Her phone line stopped working and you sent out a technician. Apparently the phone I only just bought Mum with points through your app is faulty. The technician provided my Mum a loan phone, but I have no idea what to do now. Can I just return the faulty phone I bought to any Telstra store for a swap?
Mum is an emergency priority assist customer and we need to give back the loan phone to you asap (he gave his mobile number and name if you need it).
Can you organise it with a store please for this swap to happen? Mum's in a wheelchair and is immobile and need this sorted ASAP and I can't find any contact.
