Hope you have managed to get this one sorted. For future reference, you'll need to jump in to a chat with our billing team to have caller ID enabled on your home phone. Once in the chat, the virtual assistant will ask you a few questions before asking a team member to contact you. More info about how that works here https://tel.st/pvzas
