Home Message Bank 101

Hi

Hope this message is read.

 

Today, Saturday 8 December 2012, I deleted Home Message Bank 101 for the day.  It instructed to delete "Press 3 to delete" to which I did.  At the end of the day, I realised my mistake and tried to get back Message Bank 101.

 

Now there is a buzzing dial tone indicating that there is a message. but there is no message waiting.  I do not have a normal dial time. It is a buzzing sound.  I tried to connect 101, but it constantly says that there is an incorrect password.  Please held me to get back 101 Home Message Bank.
