Home messages

I have home messages 101 on my business landline and I’ve call forwarded to my home landline number. From the home landline number I can’t retrieve messages from message bank. Any ideas?

Hi - your home phone is only receiving incoming live calls that have been diverted from your business number; I wouldn't expect it to assume the profile of the Business line. To remotely accessing your Business line Message Bank from another fixed phone or mobile - see the user guide attached - hope it works OK.
