No one here at CrowdSupport has access to account information.
To cancel services you need to contact Telstra, using the My Telstra app and then on the Get Help page click on the blue Chat message. When Codi the autobot responds, type in Talk to a consultant.. you will be placed in a queue for a Telstra person to get back to you - via the message service.. it can take a few hours and might not be at a convenient time, but you should see the message in the app and be able to respond when you are able to.
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
