Home phone fault

I need my home ph line fixed. I can't send an email so how do i get a message to telstra as no mobile coverage either?

Hi @firefly1921 

 

You must be doing something right as you posted here.

 

You use the My Telstra app and send a message via that.

Note: If Codi (Chat system) keeps going around in circles type "Chat to a consultant"
