Home phone line not working

Hi, my landline phone is not working. I have unplugged etc. Checked with our neighbour & theirs is fine so I thought it must be my handset. Purchased a new handset today but no still not working.  I have no service & live rurally, I’m needing fixed ASAP please.

Are you connected to NBN?  If so, firstly try  rebooting  your modem. Support phone number for NBN  is 1800 834 273.

If it's not NBN, ring 132203 as Crowd Support is not a customer service channel for Telstra and no one here as account access. We are mainly customers like you.

Has anyone been digging near your property, or is the cable aerial and OK?
