Hi,
I've just found out my NBN home phone isnt working, I dont own a mobile so I cant call telstra. Does anyone know how i can live chat to them online or have they stoped doing that?.
I have tried to reset the NBN box (Phone Goes directly to NBN box not the modem so it is also naturally isolated) have tried 2 differant phones and my internet is working fine.
If anyone has any suggestions Id be happy to hear them thanks.

They still have LiveChat (it is here) but it doesn't have a lot of the tech support teams -- particularly for NBN.

Thanks Mate, Yea doest work for NBN faults, Just checked the phone again it apears to be working now so all good either way.

Is your Telstra phone line connect via the Copper Network or the NBN?.
When you spoke to a Team Member did they advise you if there is a Network Interruption in your area?.
