Home phone

We have been unable to receive calls on our home phone for over two years. We were originally told it was due to our cordless phone not being NBN compatible. We got a new UNIDEN phone last week and still have the same problem. We can call out but incoming calls go straight to our message bank. We did run the online test on your website yesterday but unfortunately it wasn't resolved. We would like the matter fixed urgently.
