If you are on NBN, try rebooting your modem.

If the doesn't work, go to https://fix.telstra.com and run through the troubleshooting steps. If that doesn't work, then you will need to report the problem via either 1800 834 273 or https://livechat.telstra.com 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
