We used to have this service, but when I changed plans with Telstra recently, it was removed from our service. How can I get it reinstated? It is utterly rediculous that I cant just talk to someone about this problem.

You're spit on, you should be able to ring.

If you go to your online account, you click on the actual phone number and it will take you to a menu where you can do it yourself.

It should be basic customer service.
