How do you get Telstra to stop billing you after you have cancelled all your accounts?
I cancelled all my Telstra accounts this year.The last one I closed was home broadband and telphone account.They closed the account,sent me a refund for $57.14 that I had paid upfront for my service.They cancelled my log in as I checked this to make sure they had really cancelled my account.After this I started getting bills in my spam email and I just thought they were spammers as I had no Telstra account.Last month I rang Telstra and they apologised and sent me an email showing the amount they had said was owing was cancelled.She assured me that was the end of my problems with Telstra.This month I have received another bill with last months amount plus a late fee.
How do I get someone in Telstra higher up that knows what they are doing to fix this problem.I am not paying fees on a cancelled account?
