How to troubleshoot Black or Blank Screen on T-Hub 2

After a extended period of inactivity, the tablet will sometimes display a blank or black screen. The device isnt necessarily frozen when this occurs and in many cases, the device has gone into standby similar to what you see in mobile phone devices.


If your device gets stuck in standby mode then try pressing one of the (physical) buttons on the tablet. The buttons to press dont include the navigation buttons on the side of the screen. These are touch buttons and will not force an exit to standby mode.




If this does not work then holding the power button for more than 12 seconds sec will force a reboot the tablet. This option is to be used if the device has frozen and does not respond to touch.
